We use Bio Base Epoxy Resin and High Quality Fiberglass for all our Surfboards

E-Glass Shortboards

4+4/4 construction / Biobased Epoxy Resin

This means your surfboard features two layers of high quality 4oz E-glass fiberglass on the deck and one layer of 4oz on the bottom—the industry standard for shortboards, ensuring an affordable yet reliable construction. All our boards are glassed with epoxy resin, compatible with both PU and EPS foam, making them significantly more durable than the average boards on the market.

E-Glass Strong or Mid Lenght

4+6/6 construction / Biobased Epoxy Resin

This means your surfboard features one layer of high quality 6oz E-glass fiberglass and one layer of 4oz E-glass on the deck, with one layer of 6oz E-glass on the bottom. This construction is the industry standard for stong fish and midlenght, providing an affordable and reliable balance of strength and performance. All our boards are glassed with epoxy resin, suitable for both PU and EPS foam, offering enhanced durability compared to the average boards on the market.

Premium S-Glass

4+4/4 premium S-glass / Biobased Epoxy Resin

Premium S-glass, a high-performance fiberglass originally designed for aerospace.

Its ultra-pure composition, rich in silica (60-65%) and magnesium (10-25%), delivers exceptional strength, stiffness, and durability. Compared to traditional E-glass, S-glass fiberglass is 30% stronger, providing unmatched strenght and impact resistance.

This means a board that’s lighter, tougher, and built to perform in the most demanding conditions without any sacrifice on weight and performance.

Premium+ Construction

4x4+4/4 Premium S-glass / Biobased Epoxy Resin

Our Premium+ Construction elevates surfboard craftsmanship through precision engineering and thoughtful refinement. By layering countless small improvements, each carefully designed to enhance performance, to achieve significant performance breakthroughs.

Built with premium aerospace-grade S-glass, this design uses a sealing process to block excess resin absorption and a precise technique to ensure perect resin-to-fiber, creating a lighter, stronger board for peak performance.

Fiberglass is strategically distributed to maximize durability and responsiveness:

Reinforced Deck with X-Fiber Pattern: Two layers of fiberglass are placed in an X configuration under your feet, topped with an additional layer. This design enhances deck strength, boosts torsional rigidity, and creates an unmatched connection to the rails.

Optimized Weight Distribution: A single layer in the nose minimizes swing weight, making your board feel shorter and significantly more agile.

With its center of gravity perfectly positioned between your feet, this construction delivers an unbeatable combination of maneuverability, durability, and responsiveness, giving you total control and confidence in every wave.

Ideal for surfers chasing maneuverability and maximizing paddling power.

Excels in small to medium waves, freshwater and river breaks, as well as clean point breaks.

Will be less performing in choopy conditions and large and fast waves.

Classic PU Foam Construction

Crafted from time-tested polyurethane foam, paired with high-quality biobased epoxy resin for a durable and reliable build.

Provides a planted, smooth feel in the water, perfect for surfers who appreciate tradition and stability.

Features a standard basswood stringer for balanced flex and added durability.

Heavier and more stable, offering excellent control in choppy conditions and larger surf.
